Welcome to 2WheelCustoms (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products & Fulfillment
2WheelCustoms sells bicycles, e-bikes, and bike components that are shipped directly from third-party suppliers to customers in the United States.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• Products are fulfilled by independent suppliers
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from actual items
• Compatibility and fitment are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse or cancel any order
• Limit or prohibit orders that appear fraudulent or abusive
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors or inventory issues
4. All Sales Final – No Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds are not provided for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect item selection
• Fitment or compatibility issues
• Delayed delivery
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Replacement may be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Once an order is shipped, risk of loss passes to the customer.
We are not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Theft after delivery
• Address errors provided by the customer
• Events outside our control
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:
• Account suspension
• Blocking from future purchases
• Documentation submitted to payment processors
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2WheelCustoms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
• Lost profits
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Use or misuse of products
• Delays in delivery
Your sole remedy is limited to the amount paid for the product.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2WheelCustoms from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
• Your use of the website
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of any product purchased from us
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of 2WheelCustoms and may not be used without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which 2WheelCustoms operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

12. Release of Liability Statement
By purchasing and installing any product provided by 2WC, you acknowledge and agree to the following Release of Liability. This Release affects your legal rights, and it is essential that you fully understand its terms before proceeding with the installation and use of the product.
Inherent Potentially Dangerous Nature of the Product:
You acknowledge that electric bicycle modification products are inherently potentially dangerous to install and use. These products may alter the speed, power output, handling, braking, and electrical characteristics of an e-bike. Use may involve risks including, but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, electrical failure, fire, loss of control, or death. You understand that improper installation, configuration, or misuse of the product can lead to hazardous and potentially dangerous situations.
Void Manufacturer Warranty:
You acknowledge that installation of a 2WC product will likely void or affect warranties provided by the original manufacturer of your e-bike or its components. By installing this product, you accept responsibility for reviewing manufacturer warranty terms and waive the right to hold 2WC responsible for voided warranties, denied warranty claims, or loss of manufacturer support.
Legal Compliance:
You understand and accept that the installation and use of this product may render your e-bike illegal to operate in certain locations, jurisdictions, or under specific regulations. This may include exceeding legal speed or power limits or reclassification of the vehicle. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. 2WC makes no representation regarding street legality.
Waiver of Rights to Litigation:
You hereby waive and release 2WC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, injuries (including death), costs, and expenses, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to the installation, use, or operation of this product. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims based on negligence, product liability, strict liability, breach of warranty, failure to warn, or any other legal theory.
Assumption of Risk:
You acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the installation, use, and operation of this product. This includes risks arising from modification of electrical or mechanical systems, increased performance capabilities, rider error, third-party use, or operation in environments for which the product was not originally designed.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2WC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, injuries (including death), costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to your installation, use, misuse, or resale of the product.
Sever-ability: If any provision of this release of liability statement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.
By purchasing a product from 2WC and electronically signing or accepting this Release during checkout, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Release of Liability and the refund and return policy. You voluntarily and willingly assume all risks associated with the installation, use, and operation of 2WC products and agree to release 2WC from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, injuries (including death), costs, and expenses.
