Thank you for shopping with 2WheelCustoms. We specialize in bicycles, e-bikes, and e-bike components shipped directly from our suppliers to customers in the United States.
Because of the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are final.
All Sales Final – No Returns
By placing an order with 2WheelCustoms, you agree to the following:
• We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect item selection, size issues, color preference, or change of mind.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• We do not guarantee compatibility unless explicitly stated in the product description. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm fitment before purchasing.
All products sold by 2WheelCustoms are considered final sale under U.S. commercial policy for custom-fulfilled and drop-shipped goods.
Shipping & Delivery
• We ship only within the United States.
• Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or logistics providers.
Once tracking shows a package as delivered, 2WheelCustoms is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Your message must include all of the following:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
• Photos of the alleged defect or damage
• Video of the alleged defect or damage
We will review your claim and work with our supplier to determine whether a replacement may be issued.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking does not update or shows delivered but you did not receive the package:
• Contact us within 5 days of the delivery scan
• We will assist with a carrier inquiry
If tracking confirms delivery, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for theft or loss after delivery.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in:
• Order and account cancellation
• Blocking from future purchases
We keep records of order confirmation, delivery tracking, and this policy acceptance for dispute resolution with banks and payment processors.
Governing Law
This policy and all purchases from 2WheelCustoms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which 2WheelCustoms operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
