2WheelCustoms – Shipping Policy (U.S. Only)

Thank you for shopping with 2WheelCustoms. We sell bicycles, e-bikes, and bike components that are shipped directly from our suppliers to customers within the United States.


Where We Ship

• We ship only within the United States
• We do not ship internationally
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders


Processing Time

• Order processing time: Normally is 1 week but can take longer (this is a estimate)
• Processing includes order verification, supplier coordination, and quality checks
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the carrier and tracking will be provided by email.


Estimated Delivery Time

Because our products ship directly from third-party suppliers, delivery times vary:

• Typical delivery: 15–45 business days after processing
• Large items (bikes & e-bikes) may take longer due to size and handling
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, supply chain congestion, or high-volume periods.


Tracking Information

• Tracking will be emailed once your order ships
• Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear
• You are responsible for monitoring your shipment status

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

2WheelCustoms is not responsible for:
• Packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error
• Failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information

If an order is returned to sender due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

If your package appears lost in transit:
• Contact us within 5 days of the last tracking update
• We will assist with a carrier inquiry

Replacements are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.


Shipping Delays & Limitation of Liability

2WheelCustoms is not liable for delays, losses, or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Carrier disruptions or errors
• Weather events or natural disasters (“Acts of God”)
• International disputes, trade restrictions, or sanctions
• Armed conflict, war, terrorism, or acts of war
• Civil unrest, riots, strikes, or labor disruptions
• Government actions, inspections, or regulatory delays
• Supply chain interruptions
• Port congestion or transportation shutdowns
• Power outages, cyber incidents, or system failures
• Public health emergencies or pandemics
• Mayhem, sabotage, or other unforeseen circumstances

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that delivery times are estimates and that 2WheelCustoms is not responsible for delays caused by any of the above events.
